This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after 00:00. Please note that check-in on Sundays comes at an extra cost of EUR 25. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
